Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
