High-Protein Egg White Bites

Delicious and nutritious high-protein egg white bites, perfect for busy mornings or a quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix egg whites and cottage cheese in a bowl until fully combined.
  3. Add in the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese if using.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Prepare a greased muffin tin by pouring the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
