Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the Base Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, poppy seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
