Honey Garlic Sausage and Sweet Potato Sheet Pan Dinner

A quick and satisfying one-pan meal featuring savory Italian sausage, sweet potatoes, and vibrant broccoli drizzled with honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage (spicy or sweet, depending on preference)
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Combine the chopped sweet potatoes, broccoli florets, and sliced Italian sausage in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk together the honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the sausage and vegetables, then toss everything together.
  6. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
