Creamy Broccoli Chicken Casserole

A delightful comfort dish combining tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and savory mushrooms in a warm, cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well-coated.
  3. Prepare the casserole dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve after letting it cool for a few minutes.
