100 Calorie Fudge Brownies

A rich and indulgent dessert that satisfies chocolate cravings without breaking the calorie bank.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the applesauce, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl until evenly mixed.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until combined; don’t overmix.
  5. Prepare the batter by pouring it into the prepared baking dish and spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes, then cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Avoid overbaking to maintain a fudgy texture. Allowing brownies to cool completely enhances their richness.
