Air Fryer Apples

Warm, juicy air fryer apples tossed in maple syrup and cinnamon for a quick and wholesome dessert or breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • 2 red apples (Pink Lady, Honey Crisp, or Gala), peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the cubed apples, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon. Toss until well coated.
  3. Carefully place the coated apple cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until apples are golden and tender.
  5. Remove the apples from the air fryer and toss them in the remaining 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
  6. Serve warm, alone or with ice cream, oatmeal, or yogurt.

Notes

Use firm apple varieties for the best texture, avoid overcrowding the basket, and adjust sweetness according to taste.
